To whom it may concern:
ADC worked closely with PENSKE on our new branch facility in Lubbock, TX last year. ADC provided outstanding value engineered suggestions, design assistance and competitive not to exceed pricing. Mitchell Anderson and his team implemented three-dimensional modeling of our prototype building and cost cutting ideas that met our financial objectives allowing us to build a flagship facility in this market. In closing, I would recommend working with ADC on similar projects.
I am writing to thank you for all that you did to make the construction of our new office in Lubbock a great experience. ADC was an absolute pleasure to work with on all phases of the project. I feel your company's ability to guide LAMAR through the design development, bidding, and construction is the reason the project was so successful.
I have no problem recommending ADC to any potential-client and feel comfortable suggesting the design / build method. Not being in Lubbock, it was refreshing to have one point of contact throughout the project. I believe the reason our project finished under budget was the communication between your on staff architects and your sub-contractors prior to construction. Your architects were very easy to work with and I felt like they had our best interest at heart from beginning to end. We have completed several other design / build projects around the country and ADC is clearly superior in its execution.
Thank you again for all that ADC did for LAMAR in Lubbock.
To Whom It May Concern:
It is my pleasure to highly recommend the use of ADC, Inc. as your Architect and General Contractor.
ADC was very easy to work with and maintained exceptional professionalism in all aspects and fields of endeavor. The First Presbyterian Church of Lubbock was able to complete the project at a cost substantially below the estimates of other general contractors, and at a cost of 33% below the national average.
We have had the privilege to work closely with ADC on two projects. On the first project ADC teamed with HH Architects out of Dallas to renovate a 55-year old bus station into an Experience Life church campus. They did an incredible job bringing the vision to life of a worship area, classrooms and administrative area all while keeping the cool feel of the 50's era building.
We were so impressed with ADC's professionalism and integrity that shortly after the first project was completed we hired ADC to do a design-build project on a new Experience Life Main Campus. ADC did a great job walking us through each step of the process and giving us the time and attention that we needed to make the necessary decisions. They worked hard to stay within a limited budget and used their creativity to turn it into a unique and beautiful building. Our mantra through the process had been 'excellence without extravagance' and ADC helped us accomplish that with both an attractive and extremely functional campus.
I am thankful for ADC's commitment to great work and high integrity.
