Mr. Anderson is the owner of ADC, Inc., a reputable design build firm that has offered services in both the commercial and residential industries for over 30 years. Mr. Anderson is an alumnus of Texas Tech University having graduated from the university with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1976. ADC, Inc. has also established custom home brand, M.G.A. Homes, which has recently been re-branded to Anderson Fine Homes. Mr. Anderson is committed to his practice and is steadfast in beliefs in integrity, and working hard. These values are what ADC, Inc. has been built upon and this has allowed us to continue to be a leading innovator in design & construction.
Mr. Anderson has over 10 years of experience in all phases of the architectural and construction industry. He is an alumnus of Texas Tech University having graduated from the university with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2005. Prior to joining ADC, Inc., Mr. Anderson worked in various construction positions. His experience includes, field supervision, project management and operations management.
Mr. Anderson is responsible for the overall management of the project, including all project management, value engineering, purchasing and scheduling functions. Mr. Anderson is currently serving on the West Texas Home Builders Association Board of Directors for 2012-2013.
Mrs. Steuber is responsible for overseeing company's marketing strategy. The most recent focus has been on the development of the new website for ADC, Inc. Mrs. Steuber analyzes different marketing strategies in the industry and helps to develop plans for implementing those strategies in our target markets. Prior to joining the team at ADC, Inc. Mrs. Steuber was the Marketing Manager for Copper Mountain Ski Resort. She is also a founding partner in Blue Marketing Partners, a marketing company located at Possum Kingdom Lake.
Mrs. Boyles has been with ADC since 2005. She is responsible for project coordination and accounting on all commercial and residential projects. She works directly with project managers, architectural staff and clients to ensure accuracy in all aspects of billing and project costs. Mrs. Boyles brings over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and customer service to ADC.
Mrs. Pridmore has recently re-joined the ADC team with bookkeeping knowledge and customer service experience. She works as an assistant to project managers and architectural staff. Janea also assists with bookkeeping duties such as accounts payable and receivable.
Ms. Moscoso joined Architects Developers Contractors, Inc. in 2004. She has over 5 years of experience in design development including creative space planning solutions. Other experiences include project management, interior design, computer drafting, and a strong knowledge of codes.
Ms. Moscoso is responsible for the management of commercial projects, design, code studies, professional presentations, and construction documents for commercial and residential projects.
Mr. Villarruel is our most recent addition to the ADC design team. Over the course of his career he has gained 8 years of professional experience, and a Master of Architecture (Professional Degree with Certification in Healthcare Facilities Design) from Texas Tech University. His diverse architectural design background includes: Residential, Commercial, Institutional, and Federal projects. Additionally, Mr. Villarruel is a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Accredited Professional) specialist since 2009 from the USGBC (United States Green Building Council). His special interest is to achieve a harmonious design that incorporates many distinct aspects of the project.
Mr. Salazar has recently joined the ADC Design Team and has over 7 years of professional experience. He is an alumnus of Texas Tech University having graduated from the university with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2007. His experience includes design development, construction documentation, specifications, project and office management, value engineering, code research, and contract administration on commercial and federal projects.
Mr. Salazar is responsible for the management of commercial projects, construction documentation, code research, and any other project related activity that may arise during the design and construction phases. He looks forward to being a part of the team here at ADC.
Ms. Robles has over 4 years of professional experience in both an architectural and engineering setting. After completing a Master of Architecture (Professional Degree with Certification in Urban and Community Design Studies) from Texas Tech University, she joined our team in 2014, and is working towards completing the Internship Development Program. She currently handles most of our 3d modeling and digital presentations, as well as overall project management.
Mr. Moralez joined our team in July of 2007. He serves as Superintendent for both commercial and residential projects. He has hands on experience with all trades of construction. He also works very well with our owners for any on-site needs and with the subcontractors.
Mr. Lawler has more than 30 years experience in construction. He is a carpenter by trade – owning several successful business locations throughout Texas. He is extremely detail oriented and follows along each step of the constructions process paying close attention to each detail. He currently serves as a commercial Superintendent with our commercial department.
Mr. Ward joined our team at Possum Kingdom Lake in May 2011. Mr. Ward has extensive experience in both project supervision and construction. As superintendent, Mr. Ward primarily works with our subcontractors and homeowners in Possum Kingdom and communicates project information to our Lubbock office.
Mr. Trevino has worked in all aspects of construction; including commercial framing, drywall, ceilings and more. He has joined our team to work in both the residential and commercial fields. He will work with our Superintendents, owners and subcontractors for any on-site needs.
