Mark G. Anderson, AIA - President

Mr. Anderson is the owner of ADC, Inc., a reputable design build firm that has offered services in both the commercial and residential industries for over 30 years. Mr. Anderson is an alumnus of Texas Tech University having graduated from the university with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1976. ADC, Inc. has also established custom home brand, M.G.A. Homes, and developed a new company Sterling Homes. Mr. Anderson is committed to his practice and is steadfast in beliefs in integrity, and working hard. These values are what ADC, Inc. has been built upon and this has allowed us to continue to be a leading innovator in design & construction.

Mitchell E. Anderson – Vice President

Mr. Anderson has over 10 years of experience in all phases of the architectural and construction industry. Prior to joining ADC, Inc., Mr. Anderson worked in various construction positions. His experience includes, field supervision, project management, operations management, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Anderson is responsible for the overall management of the project, including all project management, value engineering, purchasing and scheduling functions.

Amanda Boyles – Office Manager

Mrs. Boyles is responsible for project coordination and accounting on all commercial projects. She works directly with project managers, architectural staff and clients to ensure accuracy in all aspects of billing and project costs.

Mrs. Boyles brings over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and customer service to ADC.

Cody McCravey – Project Manager

Mr. McCravey joined Architects Developers Contractors Inc. in 2002 and is responsible for project estimating, review, analysis and value engineering, project management, bidding, purchasing, and scheduling.

Mr. McCravey is very active in the design and development stages to ensure that the project will stay within budget. His training enables him to manage a project from onset to completion.

Michael Grafe – Architect Intern/Project Manager

Mr. Grafe has over 8 years of experience in all phases of the architectural and construction industry. His experience includes, Master Planning-Programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and three-dimensional visualization.

Mr. Grafe is responsible for the overall management of the architectural process and is very active in the architectural design and development stages. Michael specializes in architectural visualization and presentations.

Elizabeth Moscoso – Design Intern

Ms. Moscoso joined Architects Developers Contractors, Inc. in 2004. She has over 5 years of experience in design development including creative space planning solutions. Other experiences include project management, interior design, computer drafting, and a strong knowledge of codes.

Ms. Moscoso is responsible for the management of commercial projects, design, code studies, professional presentations, and construction documents for commercial and residential projects.

Yvonne Euresti – Architect Intern

Ms. Euresti is the newest member of ADC, Inc. While working part-time at ADC, Inc to gain invaluable experience in a design-build firm environment, she simultaneously pursued her degree in architecture which she received in December 2007.

Ms. Euresti manages her own projects and has practice in project organization, procedural project delivery methods, and the design methodologies of ADC, Inc. From preliminary design to construction administration her goal is to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.

Ms. Euresti has experience in creating visualization and marketing tools and delights in any opportunity to promote our company. Her special interest is to build upon a strong community rapport through various volunteer projects.

Michelle Steuber – Director of Marketing

Mrs. Steuber is responsible for overseeing company's marketing strategy. The most recent focus has been on the development of the new website for ADC, Inc. Mrs. Steuber analyzes different marketing strategies in the industry and helps to develop plans for implementing those strategies in our target markets. Prior joining the team at ADC, Inc. Mrs. Steuber was the Marketing Manager for Copper Mountain Ski Resort. She is also a founding partner in Blue Marketing Partners, a marketing company located at Possum Kingdom Lake.

Kris Steuber – Superintendent

Mr. Steuber joined our team at Possum Kingdom Lake in the fall of 2007. As the Superintendent in our lake and Brazos Valley area he oversees the day-to-day work schedules of our homes while working hand-in-hand with our Lubbock office and subcontractors. Mr. Steuber also works with the individual homeowners to ensure their custom home is exactly what they are looking for.
